At Royal Choise, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy only for products that arrive damaged, broken, or defective.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.
  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning to the end without any cuts or edits is mandatory.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is required for any damaged, broken, or missing item claim.

Please ensure that:

  • The video starts before opening the package.
  • The package label is clearly visible.
  • The entire unboxing process is recorded without pauses or edits.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Claims made without an unboxing video
  • Orders reported after the 3-day return period
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

4. Refund & Replacement Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, our team will verify the issue.

After approval, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Royal Choise will arrange the return process.

For any other approved return cases, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
